Our search for the next principal is officially underway! Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the community survey. We received an incredible 127 responses, and your feedback is helping guide this important process.
The top priority identified through the survey was finding a principal who can create a safe, welcoming, and values-centered school climate. Leadership and Teaching & Instruction were also highlighted as key priorities.
Based on your input, we are seeking a principal who will:
- Be highly relational and visible within the school community
- Prioritize school climate and culture
- Be a strong communicator
- Support teachers and instructional excellence
- Understand and live out Catholic identity in practical, meaningful ways
