On this first day of school, after making their First Communion on Good Shepherd Sunday, we offer our congratulations and blessings to our second graders!
Today, they gathered together to celebrate this very special day with a slide show of photos, that were provided by their families, and was assembled by Mrs. Schmidt after the First Communion mass.
The students were provided cake and something to drink before they returned to the classroom for the start of the school day. Our entire school family looks forward to seeing everyone for their second holy communion during the school mass on Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
May this sacrament bring Jesus's love into their hearts and guide them throughout their lives.
Thank you to Ms. Nisbit, Mrs. Schmidt, Mrs. LaCrosse, Ms. Healy and their families for their guidance and preparation for this very special day. ❤
