On Sunday, we had 60 First Communicants gather at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with their loved ones for their First Holy Communion.
Today, we joined together to celebrate the second graders 'second' Holy Communion. The students were able to wear their 'finest' once again for this special occasion. After mass, they gathered for a group photo along with their teachers (Mrs. Schmidt, Ms. Nisbit, Ms. Healy and Mrs. LaCrosse).
On Sunday, May 3, all First Communicants are invited to join us for the 8:15AM Mass for their second or third Holy Communion. They are welcome to wear their 'finest' once again to participate in the procession for the May crowning. Please bring any religious items that you received for your First Communion that you would like blessed by Fr. Jim.

As we celebrate our First Communicants, we also celebrate all those who have answered the call to vocations. Fr. Jim shared about his day at All Saints Catholic School in Antigo talking about vocations, where he attended as a child. While playing a game of basketball with the 8th graders in the school gymnasium, he was captivated by a saying on the gym wall. We share a photo of this saying, that is on display in another Green Bay Area Catholic Education (GRACE) school. ❤
