Spring has arrived and so have the turtles ... in the art classroom.
These turtles were created by first graders using modeling clay. Each turtle is unique. As the turtles emerge from hibernation, (in this scenario, the clay has dried), they are coming to life with a variety of paints colors provided by Mrs. McDonough and the first graders imagination.
Did you know that turtles are active in Spring and especially after rainfall? You might want to check the water that may be surrounding your home, parks or neighborhoods.
